As part of your order placed in an artist shop (e.g. purchase of a CD, LP, T-shirt), we collect and use your data (e.g. name, address, e-mail address) in order to fulfil the contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR. Further information can be found in our

In addition, the artist may also provide a service to you as part of the order in the artist shop (so-called ‘fan contract’ between artist and customer). This may include, for example, a personal video message from the artist, a meet & greet with the artist or VIP access (hereinafter ‘artist service’). Further information on the respective artist service can be found in the respective artist shop and in the respective General Terms and Conditions of the artist. Information on data protection regarding the fan contract can be found in the privacy policy of the respective artist. The artist service is expressly referred to both on the product website and in the check-out process.
In order to fulfil this artist service, we only transmit the data (which we collect in the artist shop we operate) necessary to fulfil this artist service to the artist. This is usually the name and e-mail address of the customer (hereinafter referred to as ‘fan data’).
We have concluded an agreement according to Art. 26 GDPR to regulate the processing of personal data under joint controllership with the artist where we have defined in particular the sharing and fulfilment of the tasks and duties of the parties in accordance with the GDPR with regard to joint processing.
In the case of joint controllership, we are the point of contact for you as the data subject. Please contact us using this
contact form. We will immediately forward any data subject enquiries we receive regarding joint processing to the artist for a response. Irrespective of this, you can assert your rights as a data subject under the GDPR both with and against us and with and against the respective artist.
